The Rehband Rx kinesiology tape is made of 100% skin-friendly cotton, which is elastic and resistant to water and sweat. The breathable sports kinesiology tape is coated with a strongly adhesive zinc- and latex-free glue. The tape adapts optimally to movements during sports activities and is easy to apply. EASY APPLICATION

Remove strong hair in the application area
Clean the skin with soap (do not apply oil or cream to the skin before use)
Measure out the required amount (depending on the area of application)
Cut the tape to size and round off the edges for optimal durability.
After applying the kinesiology tape, press it firmly with your fingers using light pressure
When removing the tape, slowly pull it off in the direction of hair growth.
